It wouldn’t make much sense to overexert yourself on a cardio machine, treadmill or bike.

To put it quite simply: endurance sports that are too frequent and too strenuous only help you to lose weight for a very short time.

In the longer term, you will have little desire for the sweat attacks, your body will react with an exaggerated appetite, and your losing success will not be sustained permanently. All of this has also been scientifically proven several times.

You can trust me also here with certainty: before Paleo I tried to reduce my weight by visiting a fitness studio: without success, and also sweating three times a week on the treadmill, which according to experience is no fun at all!

And like many others, I didn’t feel like doing anything like this after just a few weeks.

If you want to speed up the process of weight loss a bit, you should exercise normally and regularly:

go for a walk, hike, or even jog once or twice a week, but at very, very, slow speed!!! Walking is also excellent.

and 20 % regular exercise

Three times those were the trousers, and two times all the shirts!
So losing weight can be a waste of money.

After 3 months of basic training, and probably the fittest, and trained body I ever had (ok, up to Primal Blueprint, in 2011 at 28 I am fitter and stronger!!!): 63 kilos.
With 20 years: After 9 months of indoor service in the German Armed Forces: increased to 72 kilos.
From 20 to 28 years beautiful every year two kilos more bacon on the ribs…
