Advertising The theory behind the Palaeolithic diet, Paleo Diet for short, is that the diet of our ancestors 10,000 years ago – before the European construction of agriculture and grain-based nutrition – is the healthiest way to live.

The Paleo Diet, also known as the Cavern Amount Diet, Stone Age Diet and Hunter-Gatherer Diet, focuses on avoiding refined foods, trans fats, dairy products and sugars and eating lean protein; fresh vegetables and fruits; and healthy fats from nuts, seeds, avocados, fish oil and grass-fed meat. Among the health benefits claimed are improved blood lipids, weight loss and reduced pain from autoimmunity. And the diet is scientifically proven to ward off degenerative diseases such as obesity, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, depression and infertility.

Jack Osbourne

Jack Osbourne, who was to take control of his health after being diagnosed with MS at the age of 26, initially opted for a paleo diet to treat the symptoms and slow the progression of his disease. “Diet is a big deal. I firmly believe that you are what you eat. I’m trying to stay on a Paleo diet,” Jack said at the Dr. Oz Show 2013.

Eva La Rue

This CSI: Miami Star maintains its killer bikini body with the help of the Paleo Diet. “When Joe and I got married two years ago, we were both super strict Paleo and we lost weight for the wedding! So all our wedding photos have become fantastic,” she told Paleo Lifestyle Magazine in an interview in 2012.

Megan Fox

The Transformers Megastar maintains her coveted body and follows a diet compatible with the paleo lifestyle. After having two children, she decided to give up bread and stick with protein, fruit and vegetables, and explained that her new diet “makes her more efficient as a mother – you can expend more energy without being exhausted.

Grant Hill

Grant Hill, a seven-time NBA All-Star, attributes the Paleo diet to the fact that he has remained in top form in his almost 20-year career and says that the Paleo diet helps him to stay young and healthy. “… I now feel at 40 that I’m in better shape than I was at 32 or 33, and I know it has a lot to do with food,” Grant said in his Paleo Lifestyle Magazine interview.

Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel, who is generally envied for her incredible body, swears by a paleo lifestyle. In her interview with CrossFit Zone, Jessica reported that the Paleo diet “simply smoothes you out and takes this small layer of fat, skin and water weight directly from your body”.

Tom Jones

In 2011, Tom Jones revealed that he had lost over 30 pounds by adopting a paleoliberal lifestyle. “I would recommend it to anyone. It tells you that we must return to what we ate earlier when we were hunters and gatherers. Eat something that is natural, meat, fish, vegetables that you must eat as raw as possible,” Tom said in his interview with the Telegraph.

And although there are many stars with perfect bodies who don’t follow a paleo diet, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, who recently moved from Real Madrid to Juventus Turin, and follows a diet based on carbohydrates, the benefits of the paleo diet cannot be denied. It is best for everyone to test and judge them for themselves.
