Which foods are absolutely taboo?
It is particularly important to note that you should eat completely free of cereal products.
Without exception it is taboo:
Bread, pizza, pasta, muesli, noodles, and practically everything that somehow has a form of grain in it.
Processed foods, such as sausages or dairy products, should be avoided as far as possible.
Often things like canned soups or fruit juices are consumed, but these are not really in a natural form, and have many harmful effects on humans.
Salty products such as sausages or smoked products should also be minimized.
Margarine is also extremely unhealthy, as it is nothing more than hardened industrial fat.
These foreign fats appear in the human body as unknown molecules, so that the human body does not know what to do with them, and inflammatory reactions are the result.
To keep your weight effortless, it is recommended to reduce or avoid carbohydrates and starchy products like rice or potatoes, as well as sweet products with a lot of sugar.
This includes, for example, fruit juices.
Not only do they contain a lot of sugar, but we are honest: who can drink just one glass of fruit juice a day? Usually the whole bottle is drunk.
They are also heat-treated, which means they contain fewer nutrients and, of course, far too much sugar.
Not only are they expensive, but it is simply better to eat fresh fruit.
The blood sugar level, insulin production and the pancreas thank you, and you will simply live longer and healthier.
By eating a healthier diet from now on, you no longer have any difficulty maintaining your weight and can also gently reduce it if it is too much.
Which foods are recommended
Lots of fruit, lots of vegetables and fresh meat are on the diet.
Vegetables are important here because they also regulate the acid-base balance in the body and can provide many additional minerals and nutrients as well as vitamins for the body.
Virtually all vegetables are excellent, the more the better.
Fruit should be eaten in moderation, but should not be banned from the diet for fear of fructose.
It is often forgotten that healthy eating also includes fats and oils.
In the past, ALL fats and oils were often demonized in the media. But this absolute nonsense!
The human body needs certain fats to function properly and a balanced ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fats.
Recommended fats and oils:
Butter or macadamia nut oil for frying.
Olive oil for salads.
Fresh and healthy meat also belongs to the daily plan. Don’t worry, you don’t have to eat it raw!
What you should keep in mind is this: To buy meat, which comes preferably from free-running and grass-fed animals, which do not live in a fattening attitude.
I know that this is not always possible, often difficult to find or expensive.
An alternative would be to respect organic meat.
Eggs in paleofeeding
Another good source of protein is fresh eggs. Again, don’t worry about cholesterol, this has been proven several times to be absolute nonsense and scaremongering on the part of the media, and eggs have no negative effects on the human organism if they come from high quality sources.
On the contrary! Eggs contain important fats for the human organism, very good protein, and if they are of a good quality, a good balance of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids.
How long has this form of nutrition been known?
I estimate that this diet arrived in Germany at the beginning of 2005, but in recent years it has only really become known.
In the USA this is called Paleo Diet.
What positive results can be achieved?
My experiences, in a nutshell:
No more diarrhoea.
Almost 25 kg slimmed down.
More vitality, no fatigue after eating.
Whenever you hear about a diet or a change in diet, you ask yourself at the same time: Who has already gained experience with it, or is it healthy or can it have bad effects on people?
